I am a recent graduate of Elon University, where I majored in journalism with minors in leadership studies and political science. Most recently, I served as the executive director of Elon News Network and the managing editor of The Pendulum, ENN's weekly newspaper. 

My roles at ENN involve recruiting new members and leading the organization, assigning all content for the paper, working with and training reporters, photographers and designers -- to ensure balanced coverage for the Elon community. ​

I have worked with the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, where I reported in Denmark on its prison system. I also previously interned with INDY Week, an alternative weekly paper in Durham.
